The most significant feature is its 360-degree horizontal rotation and 180-degree vertical flip.
Our state-of-the-art MFDC inverter spot welding machines significantly reduce transformer weight and power consumption. This technology is particularly effective in high-conductivity aluminum spot welding, a challenging material in many manufacturing processes. The lightweight nature of MFDC robotic weld guns also lessens the load on robotic arms, significantly reducing equipment costs.
For high-precision applications, we offer servo spot welding guns that surpass the performance of traditional pneumatic guns. These servo guns allow for precise control over clamping speed and segmented pressure settings, ensuring superior spot welding quality.
